It is not far, but inside the country club you or your driver may get lost.  Make sure you go first right, and left and right and left again from the very beginning of the Country Club entrance :) 

From Patong, it is before Prince of Songkla University, at the FRIENDS restaurant turn right. IN THE GOLD FROM THE ENTRANCE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION:
First on the right at the entrance, then first on the left, first on the right, and first on the left again - Keep straight you will see the Pole House :)
